Mr. Pha Mun Tai, a Vietnamese who lives in Pandan Mewah were robbed by a group of four, in an alley nearby. He screamed for help a couple of times before found walking towards a crowd with bleeding on his head.
Local authorities and medical team provided assistance to stabilize Mr. Pha Mun Tai's condition before assisting him to the nearby hospital for further examination.raydcza/CHAPS
